Hotel Rincón de Josefa

I booked a room with them six months in advance. Out of an abundance of caution (good me) I confirmed my reservation with them two months in advance. They summarily canceled my reservation and said they never accepted it. Unfortunately, there were few if any vacancies during this time and I could not find another comparable reservation. Confirm. Or don't bother.

planning to visit Mexico soon? Do yourself a favor and visit Patzcuaro en the state of Michuacan. The hotels and the entire town are just beautiful.

Good places

Very good, very nice hotel, very central, excellent service, attentive and helpful employees!! I don't give them 5 ⭐ because they need good maintenance in all the rooms. I hope that is fixed on my next visit. I congratulate you because it is very clean but check out the flaws in the rooms.

Terrible service. - very high price for bed service, warm water. -The employees are not friendly and are even rude. -They do not have basic service such as iron. -They do not have parking. -The installations, especially the electrical ones, have false contacts, the lights sometimes work. -The doors do not close correctly due to lack of service. -the only beautiful thing is its hallway I've been to 3-star hotels with great quality and service, but this one doesn't even reach 2. If you go for one night it is passable, but look for another option.
